Knowing it was going to rain, I got my walk out of the way early (8 am). Since the dog does not like being out in the rain (who does?), I had to add a second interval on the elliptical to make up for all the missed walks I take with her. The rains are forecast to continue throughout Thursday so I will end up spending a lot of time on the elliptical.
